Chef Yiu Wing Keung, executive dim eum chef of Tai Thong Group of Restaurants will pamper your taste buds with this year's latest mooncako flavours - Salted Lotus with Dried Shrimp Sambal, Green Tea and Pu Er Lotus Paste, Snow Skin Nutty Delights Snow Skin Tropical Paradise and Snow Skin Fruit Delight.

According to the chef, the exotic Salted Lotus with Dried Shrimp Sambal was inspired by the local food culture in Malaysia. He added that the salted lotus paste goes well with the sambal filling.

The fusion of Japanese Green Tea and Chinese Pu Er tea results in a fresh aroma, while Snow Skin Tropical Paradise is a blend of tropical fruit and plant.

The health-conscious should check out the Snow Skin Nutty Delights with its walnut and almond lotus paste filling. coated by peanut-flavored snow skin. The young generation would certainly indulge in Snow Skin Fruit Delights. The greenish mooncake is flavourod with natural kiwi extract with a filling of lychee and blueberry paste.
